- Once you have reached out, we can discuss your needs. You can request to order specific products, or we can assist in your decision if you are unsure what would be most suitable.
- After we have established and confirmed what you would like to purchase, you will be sent a sales order by Haya Steel Merchants.
- You provide us with the go-ahead to supply you with the selected products.
- We diligently craft and curate the requested steel solutions.
- Delivery is made within 3-5* business days, or collection is arranged. *Delivery time depends on the payment arrangement and other conditions.
- Haya Steel Merchants receives payment.
Deliveries
Nationwide delivery is available to take full advantage of when you purchase your masterfully created steel products from Haya Steel Merchants.
If that isn’t exciting enough, we deliver for free if your business is situated within 400 or fewer kilometres of ours!
Our two colossal trucks are dedicated to delivering up to 34 tons of goods each – either meant for a single client or a handful of them, in which case we make stops to carefully unload the steel as we are on our way to you.
